Membership types and fees

It is a requirement for all members aged 14 and over to have a current SA Working with Children Check (WWCC). WWCC’s are valid for 5 years.

New members are required to submit an existing WWCC or request the Club to initiate a free volunteer WWCC application at the same time as submitting a membership application.

Renewing members can check their WWCC expiry date on the Members Portal, under Membership.

West Beach SLSC is part of the SA Government program for school aged children up to Year 9, to receive a $100 discount on sports fees.

To use a Sports Voucher when joining or renewing a membership, select a fee that includes using a Sports Voucher as payment or part payment. Once the registration is completed, submit a West Beach Surf Life Saving Club Sports Voucher Claim.
